We’re so sorry to hear that your product is damaged or faulty. If it’s worse than a little bump or a small dent, it can be quite traumatic. We totally understand, and we want to help. Ok, deep breath… first things first…

  • Don’t worry. Everything is fixable, and if it’s beyond repair, it’s replaceable.
  • We will look after you. We have got your back!
  • We need to ask you for some more information, not because we don’t believe you, but because we may need to share it with the workshop.
  • You’ll need the following to get started: Your name, email, order number, and a camera/ phone to take photos.
